Trendy District Sternschanze

The trendy Sternschanze district with it's famous street Schulterblatt (translated "shoulder blade") is located in the immediate vicinity of BOSTON. Elphi & Hafencity

The Elbphilharmonie, a landmark of Hamburg, is an impressive place on many levels.
Starting with the exciting construction phase at the top of the Kaiserkai, through the long-awaited opening, to the unique acoustics of the Great Hall, the heart of the concert hall. The Elphi, as it is affectionately called, stands like a figurehead in front of the HafenCity, a no less impressive, newly acquired district that is located just behind the traditional office buildings of the Speicherstadt.
Here on the Marco Polo Terraces is also the coast by east Restaurant, a member of the east cosmos.

The Speicherstadt and the HafenCity including the Elphi are very easy to explore on foot.

Heiligengeistfeld & Bunker

The huge gray block of concrete and steel cannot be overlooked. In the middle of the Heiligengeistfeld, next to FC St. Pauli's Millerntor stadium and the Planten un Blomen park, stands the 40-meter-high former anti-aircraft bunker IV on Feldstrasse. It is both a memorial to times gone by and a sign of the future, combining cultural meeting points for music, sport, entertainment and education behind the meter-thick walls from the Second World War.
Since July 2024, the bunker has also been a hostel for hotels and restaurants and is open to the public free of charge via a green path along the outer wall. Definitely worth a visit!
